Dunwoody homes under 500k
This is where the deals are. Many of the homes under 500K in Dunwoody will at some point be priced for the dirt. What I mean is that homes are currently selling in the 250K to 300K range are actively being torn down to build new construction. Anything just over this price is a candidate to be torn down in the future for newer more expensive homes. This can be very lucrative if you purchase at the right price and sell to a builder but also this price range is great for first-time homebuyers and empty-nesters that just want a smaller home.
